RICS REPORT PREDICTS CONTINUED MARKET IMPROVEMENTS

Research undertaken by the RICS has provided further evidence of the strengthening commercial property market in the region and increased confidence amongst surveyors and investors alike. East Anglia is one of 3 regions in the country expected to see the highest rent increases in the near future, whilst many of the respondents reported that demand from investors is continuing to rise.

 

According to the latest RICS UK Property Market Survey, capital values are also predicted to increase over the next 12 months, led by the industrial sector, with local surveyors reporting that the amount of surplus / vacant space is falling and market activity is continuing to increase.
