in Essex for a key client. This diversification adds

has necessitated a comprehensive review, which has resulted
in the formation of a new financial model and overhaul
of the management arrangements which will generate increased
revenues for our client.
Having secured another new instruction on the Ravenswood
development in Ipswich this month, EWS Property Management
department now looks after a significant proportion
of the leasehold apartment blocks at Ravenswood. This
brings with it significant economies of scale in terms
of the services provided and, together with our use
of local contractors, reduces the cost of services to
leaseholders, whilst simultaneously improving the quality.
